Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Engineer to support operations and maintenance activities for an enterprise Human Resource (HR) system supporting large-scale HR administration and management processes. The role involves ensuring system availability, compliance, incident management, change implementation, and coordination with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT operations support, system compliance, incident management, and enterprise application environments.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance (O&S)

  • Ensure smooth operations of existing HR systems and successful implementation of software and hardware upgrades.
  • Coordinate and work closely with internal teams, contractors, service providers, and third parties to deliver project activities.
  • Monitor systems to ensure adherence to applicable IT standards, policies, and directives.
  • Perform IT compliance activities including:
