Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer / Data Platform Engineer who can design,
lead, and implement enterprise data warehouse, data lake, and data store solutions. You
will be responsible for designing scalable data architectures and building data pipelines
that consolidate, archive, integrate, and distribute data for analytics, reporting, and
applications.
You will work closely with project teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to
translate evolving data requirements into robust and sustainable data solutions, while
ensuring data quality, accessibility, security, and governance.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, lead, and implement data warehouse, data lake, and data store solutions
to support enterprise data collection, integration, archival, analytics, and
application requirements.
• Define data architecture, data models, storage structures, and integration
patterns aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Design and develop the Domain Group Data Store as an authoritative source for
data collection, consolidation, and distribution.
• Build and manage data pipelines to replicate and consolidate data from national
platforms, enterprise systems, and internal data sources into centralized data
stores.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes to transform, cleanse, validate, and integrate data for
unified access and downstream consumption.
• Enable secure and efficient sharing, enrichment, and distribution of data to
support applications, analytics, reporting, and other data consumers.
• Collaborate with project and application teams to understand data requirements
and develop appropriate data integration and delivery solutions.
• Engage stakeholders to identify new data requirements and translate them into
scalable data models, pipelines, and storage solutions.
• Establish and maintain data quality, integrity, availability, and performance across
data platforms.
• Contribute to data governance, security, access control, metadata management,
and data lifecycle management practices.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on data engineering
architecture, technology selection, and implementation approaches.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines, queries, storage, and processing
workloads to ensure reliable and efficient data delivery.

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or
a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, data lake,
or data platform development.
• Proven experience designing and implementing data warehouses, data lakes, or
enterprise data stores, with at least one end-to-end data platform or data
warehouse implementation.
• Experience with ETL/ELT technologies and designing data pipelines for integrating
data from multiple sources.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, data integration, data
warehousing, and data lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with database technologies and data storage platforms,
including relational and/or cloud-based data platforms.
• Familiarity with data sharing, integration technologies, APIs, and enterprise data
platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of data security, access control, cybersecurity, and data
governance.
• Ability to lead technical design and implementation activities and work effectively
with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities

IT Operations & Systems Management

• Ensure the smooth operation of existing IT systems and the successful implementation of upgraded software and hardware components.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal teams, contractors, service providers, system integrators, third parties, and other stakeholders in delivering IT project and operational activities.
• Monitor and ensure IT systems adhere to applicable standards, policies, security requirements, and organizational directives.
• Perform IT system compliance activities, including log reviews, account and access rights reviews, and compliance report reviews.
• Manage Vulnerability Assessment (VA) activities and work with relevant teams or vendors to remediate identified vulnerabilities and security issues.
• Provide regular project and operational status reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage remediation activities for obsolete or end-of-life system components.
• Support technical experimentation, research, testing, proof-of-concept, and evaluation activities where required.

Incident Management

• Manage system support issues and resolve reported defects and technical problems.
• Respond to incidents and problem reports in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lead incident and problem investigations and liaise with relevant stakeholders to identify root causes and implement appropriate resolutions, including cross-system and infrastructure-related issues.
• Provide regular consolidated incident and problem reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Perform incident and defect trend analysis to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
• Coordinate resources to ensure the timely and proper closure of incidents and service requests.

Change Request Management

• Propose continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen compliance, cybersecurity posture, system reliability, and operational processes.
• Plan and manage system changes and deployments to ensure smooth implementation of solutions. This includes planning, coordinating setup activities, facilitating data collection, identifying project issues, and escalating and resolving issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and coordinate with system integrators, vendors, and technical teams to integrate IT systems and solution components.
• Provide change management support to ensure stakeholders and user communities are adequately informed of project and system changes.
• Obtain the necessary approvals and clearances for change implementation, including the required documentation, materials, and supporting information.

Job Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Information Technology for the Senior Engineer position.
• Experience in IT operations, systems administration, application support, infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments.
• Experience in IT audit, compliance, risk management, or cybersecurity is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ICT policies, governance frameworks, security standards, or regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Experience with AWS Cloud or other cloud platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in incident management, change management, vulnerability remediation, and IT service management is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, system integrators, and external service providers.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Data and Integration Analyst to join our IT Transformation team. In this
role, your core focus will be driving integration and data migration tracks, providing
technical oversight, governance, and quality assurance over external vendor deliverables
and legacy systems (including SAP).

Instead of building the solution yourself, you will act
as a client-side custodian to ensure data pipelines and interface designs are executed
comprehensively.

This role requires high agility and good communication skills; you will

1. Core Tracks: Integration & Data Migration
