SAP FICO Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a techno-functional consultant for SAP FI/CO, providing configuration and support.
  • Provide helpdesk assistance to business users, addressing financial module-related queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP financial functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical specification documents, ensuring thorough unit testing.
  • Support business users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, resolving any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant IT experience with a focus on SAP ECC FI/CO support. SAP FI/CO implementation experience is preferred.

SAP HR/HCM Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client business processes and map them to SAP HCM solutions, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, ESS/MSS, and Recruitment.
  • Configure and customize SAP HR/HCM modules to meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and HR teams to gather requirements, provide functional specifications, and develop system solutions.
  • Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support training and go-live activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for SAP HCM modules post-implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Basis, ABAP developers, and other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SuccessFactors) to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP HCM trends, legal compliance requirements, and technology advancements.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP BASIS/Netweaver/ABAP Application Server monitoring and administration.
  • Familiar with SAP ECC and HANA environments.
  • Good experience in SAP system configurations, upgrades/installations, performance tuning and migration activities
  • Strong knowledge of core SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll, and ESS/MSS. Exposure to SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP HCM implementation.
  • Proficiency in configuring SAP HCM modules and writing functional specifications.
  • Understanding of HR business processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365, combined with proficiency in a range of related technologies and tools. This role is critical to our CRM customization and development efforts, ensuring the effective use of Dynamics 365 to meet our business needs.

Responsibilities:
• Dynamics 365 Customization: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 to meet specific business requirements. This includes creating and modifying entities, attributes, forms, views, and business processes.
• Bitbucket Version Control: Collaborate with development teams and use Bitbucket for version control, ensuring that code changes are tracked, reviewed, and deployed efficiently.
• C# Web API: Develop and integrate C# Web APIs to extend and enhance the functionality of Dynamics 365.
• Earlybound and Latebound: Implement both earlybound and latebound techniques as needed for customizations and integrations within Dynamics 365.

Position Overview

The SAP Basis Consultant is responsible for managing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the SAP environment. The role ensures system stability, security, and performance while supporting business needs.

Job Description

  • Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SCM, etc.).
  • Apply support packages, enhancement packs, kernel upgrades, and patches
  • Create and manage SAP user roles, authorizations, and security policies.
  • Ensure compliance with audit and security standards.
  • Performance Monitoring & Tuning, Optimize system resources and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks
  • Manage SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, or other databases.
  • Perform backups, restores, and database tuning
